To produce a great cartridge with advantages of big vapor and pure flavor, the material of heating core plays an important role, but, every part of the cartridge matters, even the little oil inlet hole.
Oil inlet holes, as the name suggests, is used for letting the oil in. When you fill the cartridge, the oil will flow into the heating core for heating through those tiny holes. There are 4 or 5 tiny inlet holes at the bottom of the cartridge on the market at present. Too few holes can result in low oil intake, which will make the heating core dry up and cause burnt taste. Too many holes may cause processing difficulties and the hardware may be crushed and fractured during the processing.
A common knowledge in the cartridge industry should be known when it comes to choosing the right oil inlet hole size. The thicker the oil, the bigger the hole. For example, if the oil that you fill the cartridges with has a very thin consistency, then 0.9 mm oil intake hole might be the best choice. But if the consistency of the oil is really thick, then you might want to look into the 1.6 mm cartridge.
There are 5 different sizes of oil inlet holes on the Transpring’s cartridges, 0.7mm, 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, and 2.0mm, basically compatible with the types of oil viscosity. The size of the oil inlet holes can also be customized according to the customer’s demand.
