How to Fill a Vape Cartridge and Reduce Leakage Rate?

Well, we are hearing from our customers that they are sometimes unsure how to fill their glass vape cartridges and we think it is necessary to explain it well. These steps can work with the most pre-filled cartridges on the market, but keep in mind that it is a bit different according to your vape cartridge type.

Don't be overwhelmed by the complicated instruction on the Internet. It's quite simple!
1. Unscrew the mouthpiece from the cartridge

This is the first step: remove the mouthpiece. Give about three full turns counter-clockwise, the mouthpiece should be easily taken from the cartridge. Once it’s off, make sure that you put the mouthpiece somewhere safe.

2. Fill the tank with your favorite oil

Gently put the syringe with a blunt-tipped needle between the airway and the outer wall of the cartridge at a proper speed while keeping a steady hold on the cartridge. Also, you can have the cartridge attached to a pen for easier holding and then allow some time for the oil to soak into the heating element.

Do not inject the oil into the airway!
Do not top off the tank with oil.
3. Place the mouthpiece back on the cartridge securely

Install the mouthpiece and twist clockwise to tighten immediately after filling. Do not overtighten, the mouthpiece is installed correctly when the seal on the bottom of the mouthpiece is seated inside the glass housing.

4. How to reduce the leakage rate

* Install the mouthpiece within 2 minutes.
* Leave the cartridge standstill with upside down for at least 30 minutes before use.

Or you can just follow these steps below:

Remove the mouthpiece from the cartridge.
Insert a blunt-tipped needle into the tank.
Fill up the cartridge with oil.
Allow some time for the oil to soak into the heating element.
Place the mouthpiece back on the cartridge securely.
