The temperature of filling oil varies according to the different types of oil.
Heat up the oil before filling oil
A few varieties of oil are so thick like honey that they cannot flow at room temperature. In this case, heating up the thick oil can make the fluidity greatly improved, so that you can easily fill the oil.
Ambient temperature does not exceed 50℃ when filling oil
In order to verify the stability of our product, we put the cartridge filled with oil at a high temperature of 60℃. The cartridge can works normally without oil leakage within 10 minutes. Of course, considering different oil concentrations, we recommend that ambient temperature does not exceed 50℃ when you fill oil and screw the mouthpiece back tightly as soon as possible. (Suggestion: keep the cartridge upside down for at least 12 hours after this step to avoid leakage)
Too high or too low temperature may cause kinds of problems during the process of oil filling. And the time of capping after a filling is also important. So, you should do tests to find out the best temperature and time that are suitable for your own oil type and then refer to the test results for operation in the future.
